monday.com Optimization

Already on monday.com? Make it actually deliver

If adoption has stalled, boards have multiplied, or the reporting still is not there, the problem is usually the setup, not the platform. Our monday.com optimization review audits your setup, scores it, and fixes what is holding your team back.

The problem

You bought monday.com, and you're not getting the value you expected

Most teams use a fraction of what they are paying for. The platform gets set up once, then drifts, and the gap between what it promised and what it delivers quietly widens.

!

Low adoption. Half the team uses it, the rest drifted back to spreadsheets and email

!

Boards multiplied without structure, so there is still no single source of truth

!

Few or no automations, so the manual work the platform was meant to remove is still there

!

Reporting is still built by hand, and leadership does not trust the numbers

!

You are paying for seats and features nobody is using

!

A previous setup, by another partner or in-house, that never quite landed

What we review

A full review of your monday.com setup

We assess six areas, score each one, and show you exactly where the value is leaking.

Adoption & usage

Who actually uses it, who does not, and what is blocking the rest of the team.

Workflow & board structure

Whether your boards, groups and views match how the business actually runs.

Automation

The manual steps still being done by hand that automations should be removing.

Integrations

What is connected, what is not, and where data is being re-keyed between tools.

Data hygiene

Duplicates, stale records and missing fields that make the data hard to trust.

Dashboards & reporting

Whether leadership can see the numbers they need without building them by hand.

FAQ

monday.com optimization, answered

What is a monday.com optimization review?+
A structured review of your existing monday.com account across six areas: adoption, workflow design, automation, integrations, data hygiene and reporting. You get a scored report, a prioritized fix list and a roadmap.
How is this different from support?+
Support answers a question when something breaks. An optimization review steps back and looks at the whole setup, finds why it is underperforming, and gives you a plan to fix it, including things no one has thought to ask about.
Do you need access to our account?+
Yes, read access is enough for the review itself. We only need higher access if you ask us to implement the changes afterwards, and we agree that scope with you first.
How long does it take?+
A typical review runs over one to two weeks, depending on the size of your account and the number of teams and workflows involved. We confirm the timeline before we start.
Will you fix the issues, or just report them?+
Either. The review gives you a plan you can run yourself. If you would rather we did it, our monday.com implementation team can deliver the roadmap and train your team as a follow-on.
