About the Role

This is a quota-carrying, revenue ownership role focused on expanding existing customer accounts and closing commercial opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you will own all commercial conversations across your portfolio, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, plan upgrades, and service attachments. You will work closely with Customer Success and Professional Services teams, while maintaining full accountability for revenue outcomes.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp SaaS salesperson who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys closing, and is motivated by measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Revenue Ownership & Account Expansion
  • Own a portfolio of paying customers and lead all commercial motions.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-workflow expansions.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and increase account value and adoption.
  • Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and plan upgrades.
  • Attach Professional Services packages to eligible deals to increase ACV and customer value.
  • New Business Sales (As Needed)

 

  • Run full sales cycles for outbound-generated opportunities.
  • Lead commercial presentations and discovery conversations.
  • Align solutions with customer business needs, supported by technical and PS teams.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution & Forecasting

 

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing offers, and commercial terms.
  • Consistently deliver predictable, measurable revenue results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers who own adoption and value realization.
  • Work with Professional Services to scope and package implementation offerings.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to improve sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For - Required

  • 3–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management.
  • Proven success in closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles with revenue accountability.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Confidence presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Native Arabic and fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

    Preferred
  • Experience with monday.com, CRM tools, or work-management platforms.
  • Exposure to selling Professional Services or implementation add-ons.
  • Ability to run structured, value-based demos (with team support).
